2019-20 NEW HARVEST
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Arbequina olives cultivated at the Countryside of “Los Alcores” (Seville) and collected at their optimum maturity (Veraison). We need 8-9 kg of olives to obtain 1 litre of Basilippo Seleccion (common producers need only 5 kg), so we look for the best relationship Quality vs. Quantity, instead a bigger production with less quality.
